My life has been shaped by a profound journey into the realms of health and holistic living. Before I turned 17, I experienced the heartbreaking loss of three younger siblings to health issues, setting me on a path of understanding and promoting good health.

From facing personal struggles like infertility to delving deep into the connections between allergies, diet, and overall well-being, my journey led me to a spiritual turning point when I moved to California.

Guided by a prayer for my children's safety, I discovered the power of nutrition and daily lifestyle choices, and I embarked on a wellness journey without the luxury of internet resources.

As I entered my 50s, I prayerfully sought how to age naturally and, in 2012, found a natural wellness class where I learned about products without synthetics that revitalized my energy and improved my well-being. In fact, the product I purchased that night is the same wonderful anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory juice that plays an important part of the 14-Day Reset. This sparked a transformation where I gradually adopted healthier choices and removed toxins from my life, witnessing surprising improvements.
My story includes overcoming an unhealthy marriage of 41 years, a divorce in 2021, and personal bankruptcy in 2022. I understand despair. 

Now, at the age of 68, I am free from aches, pains, and medications, and I'm feeling younger and happier than ever.

Guided by principles rooted in the belief that each of us is created in the image of God, I've developed around 28 principles for great health. My mission is to help others unlock their innate potential for well-being, guiding them toward "Terrific Health" and a life free from pain, disease, and dependency on medications.
